Criteria giving right to a refund in the event of cancellation:
- Serious illness, accident or death
- Significant damage caused to the campsite
- Serious damage affecting the reservee's vehicle
- Modification of leave dates, imposed on the reservee by the employer
- Dismissal of the reservee (or his spouse)
- Transfer of the booker (or his spouse), at the initiative of the employer
- Duly justified blockades or strikes
- Natural disasters according to the law of 07/13/1982 leading to a stay ban
